Congratulations to all the swimmers on a great first week of practice! Parents, keep up the good work straightening chairs and picking up trash after practices, the coaches and Sports Club appreciate it! 

Registration is still open if you know someone interested, but Minis are FULL

We had a great response to job sign up, thank you! Please read this email in full. 

We were able to separate the timer and recorder position at our home meets, which opened up some jobs and will make meets run more quickly. If you already signed up for that, you will just be timing! You will see a few other shift additions - if it is on there for sign up, it counts as a shift. 

If you are one of the 10+ families that signed up for MORE than 4 jobs, please DROP the additional jobs.. (please do not change the first meet, we are happy 99% positions are full) 

*If for some reason we have to ask a few families to pick up an additional shift later, your family name will be entered into a raffle for one free 2020 swim registration if you sign up*

It takes every family working their shifts to cover the hundreds of shifts needed to run the meets and the team each season.  

This week- an alert will be sent out about spirit wear:

Mon & Tues - Afternoon practices

Wed - No practices

Thur & Fri - switch to AM practices (check website for times / groups) We follow Gwinnett Calendar and understand some people are still in school)

Sunday - Meet #1 RSVP closes by 5PM. Sign your swimmer up now for all the meets, why wait?
