Wild Timber (6235 Wild Timber Rd., Sugar Hill) is looking forward to hosting Chateau Elan this week to kick off the 2019 season! The theme for this week is Hawaiian, so we invite you to participate by dressing up in your favorite luau wear!

Arrive at 5PM for 5:20 warm ups, to get situated with goggles, caps, the lay out etc… Chateau Elan warm-ups from 5:20 - 5:45. They will have a few bubble heats immediately after the national anthem at 5:50, the meet starts promptly at 6:00 PM.

Results & Heat Sheets - Results will be posted on the lower clubhouse windows. Ribbons and scoring will be done inside there as well. They have moved to electronic emailing of the heat sheets! We will email the heat sheet to you once it is available for your families to print. They will have a very limited number available for purchase for $2.

Parking - They do have an average-size parking lot, and a good amount of street parking. Please park only on one side of the street (it will be marked) and not to block any driveways or hydrants. There will be signs directing the team to the pool. Be prepared to walk!

Bullpens- Chateau Elan bullpens will be between the park and volleyball/sand area on the grass. Please instruct the kids NOT to play on the tennis courts, volleyball court, and playground. They will put up two tents for us. We are free to bring more.

Visitor Seating – As you enter the pool area, the visitor seating area is to the right of the pool. There are some areas blocked off for relay staging and to allow coaches room to move around the pool deck.

Concessions - They will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, Chick-Fil-A, pizza, drinks, chips, and – of course – all your favorite candy! For a special treat this week, they will have King of Pops at our meet, selling their gourmet popsicles for $4 each.

Weather is always a concern! If we have a rain delay due to storms, we will ask people to go to their cars for safe shelter. The lower clubhouse will only be for coaches, council, and scoring - no swimmers or parents. Our makeup time is Monday evening at 6:00pm.
