Congratulations to our county qualifiers, you represent CE at county, so we will all be cheering you on! Look for an email later today re: county spirit wear P/U and county ticket P/U, including how to pick up AT the county meet.

• Set aside $10 cash for heat sheet at county.

• Thursday - County dinner at Provinos 6PM (pay own way) Must RSVP on website
• County Worker list attached - THANK YOU!
• Also attached is the new SafeSport policy that was emailed on July 3rd. Important updates were in that email. A brief overview - 
  • Swimmer drop off will be at stairs - coaches will take the swimmers to the swimmer area
  • No parents on deck - unless you are working and have a badge.  
  • NO CAMERAS ON DECK - NO PICTURES

Updates from Georgia Tech Aquatic Center:

• • Folding chairs are not allowed in the stadium seating area
  • Coolers are not allowed in the stadium seating area unless they will fit under your seat
  • 5 assistant coaches are permitted on deck with each team + 1 Head Coach
  • This year, Tech will open both concession stands for your enjoyment.
  • There is no standing in the walkways and spectators must sit in their assigned seats.
  • ADA seating is clearly marked and only for people in need of accommodated seating plus ONE companion. If you need an ADA seat, you will pick up a wristband AND a ticket for those seats from the Volunteer Check-In table upon arriving at Tech.
  • Georgia Tech will be providing security for the meet and will be enforcing the seating. If a spectator does not comply, they will be asked to leave and/or be removed from the building by campus police.
