Practice starts TOMORROW!! 

Last minute reminders and a “checklist” for your swimmer: 

*Practice suit 
*Towel
*Cap
*Goggles (competition swim goggles, no scuba masks)
*Sweats for after practice (that water and evening air is going to be cold )
*Water bottle

 Walmart and Target will carry the goggles you need, and of course Amazon. Most popular brands for goggles and practice suits are competition Swim brands like TYR, Speedo, and Arena.
