These parents continue to assist in a smooth transition as we work hard to serve the team in the best way possible.

Key Volunteers:

Attached, you will find our 2022 Key Volunteer Guide. Many of the roles are the same, some have been shifted or elevated from regular volunteer roles.

Returning Key Volunteers: If you intend on serving in your role again this year, please let us know by emailing the team gmail ([email protected]) by Friday February 19. If we don't hear from you we will reassign your role.

New Key Volunteers: If you are willing to step up and serve in one of our key roles, please go ahead and let us know by emailing the team gmail. We will work with you to find the perfect role. 

Reminder: If you fill a key role or serve on a key volunteer team, your volunteer slots are fulfilled for the year by serving in that role. 

Training: Starters, stroke and turn and computer helpers MUST have pre-season training, and there are several opportunities coming up. We MUST have at least two trained and willing starters for this season. We MUST have at least four trained and willing stroke and turn judges for this season. We MUST have at least four trained and willing computer room volunteers for this season.

We need all key volunteer roles filled by March 1 when we open registration. We cannot run a smooth season without the wonderful help of experienced swim parents! Thank you in advance for helping us plan and execute our first regular season since 2019!
