Hi Wahoo Family!

We will be launching registration this week, so be on the lookout starting tomorrow. Our website has changed a little bit, and we continue to tweak it, so please take a moment to navigate through the content. The Open Registration Tab, only once activated, will appear on the top right corner of the swimtopia landing page.

KEY VOLUNTEERS: We are in desperate need of team leadership. Please refer to the attached Key Volunteer Guide for all of the key roles we have defined for the team. Some of these positions are taken but many are still open. If you have spoken to us about helping in one of these roles, THANK YOU and we will be reaching out!! If you have not spoken with us yet, never fear. 

IMPORTANT: When you register this week, you will have the opportunity to indicate your willingness to serve in one of the available key volunteer roles. This is different from past registrations. LOOK for the roles that lead with "KEY VOLUNTEER" and click those you would consider filling, along with selecting regular non-key volunteer shift duties you would consider working. Key Volunteer positions are a season-long role, and are "volunteer exempt" which means you do not have to work other shifts at the meets during the season (even if you indicate your preferences during registration). During registration, please select your preferences in any category, Key or not, in which you are willing to serve. We will reach out as the pre-season proceeds. We need our seasoned parents to help this season to run smoothly and we will not open meet shift volunteer slots until all of these roles are filled. The MOST critical position that remains unfilled at this time is the Volunteer Coordinator.
