Hi Wahoo Families!

Volunteer slot selections will open today for swim team families. All 5 dual meets and the last chance meet at the end of the season will open, with many slots available for all. We will also release some slots for the county meet sessions. We will also go ahead and open the athlete declarations, where you can declare that your athlete will or will not compete. Navigate to and click on the "Team Calendar" on the top tab of the website (cewahoos.swimtopia.com). Scroll to the different meets and look for the green boxes on the right hand side of that event.

County Meet Slots: please only sign up for these if your child has already participated in the county meet and you are able to attend this year should your child qualify.

Starters, Stroke and Turn Judges and Computer Operators: THESE ARE CRITICAL. We do not have anyone who has indicated a willingness to train as a meet starter, and we typically run short on stroke and turn judges. We do have good interest in the computer room. If you have indicated a willingness to train and/or serve in these areas already, thank you, and we will be sending training information!! If you would like to train and serve in any of these roles, please email the team ([email protected]) so we can get the training information to you. You can fulfill your shifts in these areas rather than signing up for other jobs. We greatly appreciate it!!
