Warm-ups will begin at 5:20 PM this evening.  Please be on time for your warm-up.  We will warm up the 8 and unders first, followed by the 9-10's and then the 11 and overs.  The Hamilton Mill Pool team area is large without shade.  We ask that swimmers refrain from running around and playing on the playground equipment.  We line up relays a few events in advance because they take more time to organize.  If your swimmer is scheduled to swim a relay, please make sure they are in the team are so we can line them up.  We also ask swimmers to wear their Chateau Elan swim caps.  The meet will be extremely competitive.  

Tomorrow morning we will have our first Fun Friday.  The 11-overs will play water polo from 8-9 am.  The 10-unders will play water polo from 9-10 am.  There will be a ribbon presentation from 9-10 am for those that would like to have their ribbons presented to them.  There will be a sign-up board for order of ribbon presentation.  This year we are asking that parents pull their swimmer's ribbons out of the ribbon box and hand them to their swimmer.  The swimmer will then hand their ribbons to Coach Heidi and she will present the ribbons to them.  We will also have donuts for the swimmers tomorrow.  Swimmers that do not want to play water polo may play in the deep end or the shallow end near the slide.  

Fun Friday will conclude at 10:00 am.

The heat sheet is attached.  Please print out the heat sheet if you want a copy.  Hamilton Mill will NOT have any heat sheets for sale at the meet.
