The top times for week #1 for the Gwinnett County Swim League are attached along with an updated Hamilton Mill Meet results file.

Please designate your intentions for this week's upcoming meet at Lansmoore.  If your swimmer is unavailable, please designate them as such.  If your swimmer is available, please select up to 3 individual events.  This meet would be a great meet to try some different events if your swimmer feels capable.  Every swimmer should swim the short free at some point during the first three meets (times trials, Hamilton Mill, Lansmoore meets).  We use the short free times to determine the free relay entries.

We will run a normal practice from 8 to 9 Monday morning while the individual pictures are being taken.  Due to team pictures, we do not anticipate running the 9-10 practice nor the minis.  We will try to run the 10-10:30 group if possible.
