Hi Wahoo Families! 

Welcome to the 2025 season! We are so excited to launch practice on May 12.

Important dates and events are being populated on the Team Calendar feature of the Swimtopia website. Please ensure you log in to access upcoming features such as athlete meet sign up and volunteer sign ups. 

Calling all volunteers! If you served in a key volunteer role last year OR WOULD LIKE TO this year (e.g. hospitality, computer room leader, etc.), please email us your intent/interest in serving ([email protected]). Attached, please find information on our various "key" positions where volunteers help us throughout the season. When you fill these roles, your family's required shifts during meets (4 per family) are waived. 

Volunteer slots for team meets will open very soon. Watch your emails for more information. 

In particular, we will send information out for individuals willing to train and serve as meet officials during meets. Those positions are: Meet Starter, Stroke and Turn Judges, and Computer Operators. Online training links will be provided and are very convenient. 

Please also watch emails for parent meetings, which we will schedule during the first two weeks of practice. In these meetings, we will share more information and answer questions about meets and the season. 

Finally, the spirit wear online store will remain open until May 5, 2025 for additional spirit wear orders. Towels, hoodies and sweatpants are very popular with the athletes. 

New families, our website subpages contain a good deal of information on the details of practice, meets, volunteer work, and preparation for practice (gear, etc.).

We are working on the 2025 facebook page, so stay tuned for that.
