📸 Picture Day is Almost Here!

Date: Thursday, June 12th
Location: At the pool

📅 Schedule:

• Individual Photos Begin: 8:00 AM
• Team Photo: 9:00 AM sharp
• Note: Minis will not have practice on this day.

We’ll begin with swimmers from the 8:00 AM practice group so they can get in the water quickly. Once they’re done, we’ll move on to the 9:00 AM group, followed by the 10:00 AM group. Please note: photos will not follow regular practice times, so if your swimmer is in the 9:00 or 10:00 group, plan to arrive early. The entire process should take about 1.5 hours.

If individual photos are still pending after the team photo, the photographers will finish them afterward.

✅ Before You Arrive:

• Print the attached order form(s) and bring them with you. Payment is collected on-site.
• Extra forms will be available if needed.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, visa or master card.

📦 Ordering Tips:

• Submit one form per individual photo package.
• For siblings in one photo with one package, use one order form and list all names.
• If you only want a team photo, you can select this in the "extra" section at the bottom of the order form ($15).

🚫 Important Reminder:

No personal photography is allowed during the formal team photo. Once the team is lined up, all cameras and phones must be put away.
📷 Parents will have a chance to take pictures during the fun team photo after the formal shot.

👕 What to Wear:

Please have your swimmer wear:

• Their team suit (or a black/dark-colored suit)
• Their Wahoo team shirt
  Consistency makes the team photo look fantastic!
