Parents,

Just a friendly reminder that today at 8:00 PM is the deadline for signing up for events for our first meet on Thursday evening, May 21, 2026. If you go to the team home page at https://cewahoos.swimtopia.com/ and look in the right hand margin you will see Upcoming Events. Click on the Time Trial Meet and then click on Meet Entry. This will take you to a page where you can declare your swimmer(s) intentions (Available or Not Available). If your swimmer is Available (plans on attending the meet) then you can choose events for the meet. You may sign up for as many individual events as you wish for this meet. In a normal dual or championship meet your swimmer will be limited to 3 individual events and 2 relays. We will not swim relays during this meet. The meet is a time trial meet so we will not have a visiting team to compete against. These times will not count towards county qualifying. Please only enter your swimmer into the events that they feel comfortable attempting. We will use these times for seeding purposes for our first regular dual meet versus the Thunderbolts on May 28. We encourage everyone to swim the short free (25 free for 10 and unders, 50 free for 11 and overs). These times help when entering the free relays.

We will begin warmups at 5:10 for the 8 and unders and progress through each age group finishing with the 15-overs around 5:40-5:50.  The meet will begin at 6:00 PM and should end no later than 9:30 PM.
